I think the problem with armel-linux is here:

Runnnig configure in contextgarden/src/luatex/source/libs/mpfr gives

configure:6480: result: IEEE double, little endian
configure:6506: WARNING: oops, unrecognised float format: IEEE double, little endian
It looks like an update in autoconf can help.
