[Context] stable release(s) to ease the work of package managers

Hello! I'd like that we discuss about some plan to regularly provide stable releases so that ConTeXt distribution can be packaged for different distros to fulfill potential dependency for other packages if one does not need/require e.g. full TeXLive? btw, I use Archlinux...
