Fwd: [luatex] Luatex 0.72.0 announcement
Dear builders,
Now that a new version of LuaTeX is out, I would like to ask you for
new builds. With the move to the new server I took the liberty to
reorganize the repositories a bit, so please make sure to make fresh
checkouts from
http://svn.contextgarden.net/suite/build-binaries/
instead of just "svn up" from the old address. I didn't change
anything in the scripts themselves, but the following has changed:
- the above mentioned address (maybe I could commit a message into
the old repository, saying that everything has changed)
- location from where the binaries are synced
- location of svn repository with binaries
- I removed pdftex and xetex (but I probably did that long time ago)
I need to manually change the entries in TLContrib before the binaries
get updated there.
If there are any problems, please let me know.

I'm sorry. I just realized that I forgot to give you the right permissions to commit the binaries (I created the repository months ago). I'll fix this now. And something else just crossed my mind. When we were last discussing names with Taco, Taco requested to use the names consistent with TeX Live instead of having a separate set of names for the standalone ConTeXt distribution. So maybe I could rename the folders (linux -> i386-linux, osx-64 -> x86_64-darwin) before you all start compiling and committing, and thus avoid one additional change when everyone would have to delete their "bin" directory and start from scratch. The permissions should hopefully be back (unless I forgot someone).

Why didn't anyone tell me that I'm talking nonsense here? That *is* already the case. (I wrote the script to fetch binaries from that repository a few days, so at least I could remember from there.) So ... there's nothing else left to stop your from comping the binaries. I'll probably send another request to compile metapost binaries soon (Taco plans to release a new version). Mojca
Dear Mojca,
Good to hear from you. I will get around to compiling later in the evening.
Best
Piotr
