it's of no much use to you as it assumes context mkiv and i never run / ran it with anything else that luatex and i haven't' used dvi in ages either .. fwiw the files can be downloaded as part of context
Test suite is at http://www.pragma-ade.nl/context/latest/cont-tst.7z it needs a 7-zip like program -- luigi
