[NTG-context] utf-8 math and xetex

      Hi,

Utf-8 math input that works with pdftex (α, β, etc) does not work with 
xetex. Is this by design, or a recent bug?

Minimal example

\enableregime[utf-8]
\starttext $α β$ \stoptext
