Setting author, title, keywords metadata is rather simple.
Is there a corresponding way to set PDF security properties, e.g. allow/disallow comments, allow/disallow printing &c.
Have you seen qpdf ? http://qpdf.sourceforge.net/files/qpdf-manual.html
