adding \page before ending the sectionblock may help
But this give also a rule in the header at the last page, the following code give at least a empty last page. \setupsectionblock [bodypart] [page=no, before=\setups{header:bodymatter}, after={\page\setupbackgrounds[header][text][bottomframe=off]}] Wolfgang
