I don't know, since I looked directly into the file structure. That is because I run yet another ConTeXt mirror at http://mirror.contextgarden.net You all know that there is http://tex.aanhet.net/context/ (Taco's mirror, click on the first link to get there - it leads you to http://context.aanhet.net/ ).
