Use the following patch for the moment.
\let\normalhyphenatedurl\hyphenatedurl
\bgroup
\catcode`\%=11
\gdef\hyphenatedurl
 {\bgroup
  \catcode`\%=11
  \expandafter\egroup
  \normalhyphenatedurl}
\egroup
