[NTG-context] Add text to endnote stream

Hello all, Is there a better way to insert arbitrary text into the endnotes? I currently add "Chapter N+1 Endnotes" (appropriately formatted) to the last endnote for chapter N, but that would prefer to automate this and tie it to the chapter start (via setuphead/beforesection). -- Rik
