[NTG-context] encircled characters

Hi! Is there a way to use encircled characters in context? Similar to the Copyright-Symbol, but with selfdefined characters or numbers. I was trying to use metapost for the job, but I wasn't able to get the "circleit" function to work. Best Regards Michael
