Although it's a for-pay product, it handles links (and therefore in- browser navigation of the Pragma site!) pretty well, now.

No kidding... that would be interesting, to be sure. Yes, the single screen mode would be an improvement, too.

Well, it's built on top of Apple's independent (and fast) PDF implementation, and Apple lacks those features, too. Still, Preview.app is fast, and so much better than the 10.2 implementation.
