[NTG-context] BNF module (was: Wrapping \type{})

      Hello Nikolai,

after I loooong time I finally managed to try your bnf module. It
looks very good. And it even works with \mainlanguage[de] (it wasn't
obvious, because you use "..." as a delimiter).
