Instead, it yields something like "inproceedings: [author: AnAuthor]
[title: SomeTitle]".
I tried the command \showbtxfields following [

but instead of 25 entries where @inproceedings is supposed to appear, it
gives only 4 (article, book, demo-a, demo-b).
Any help would be appreciated!
