I'm sorry, this is my fault. It should have been:
\setupsectionblock [frontpart] % <- CHANGED [before={\setuppagenumbering[location=]}]
Yep, it works, thanks. Sounds strange to me to use frontmatter and setup frontpart, but it's ok. Regards, BG
