This means that:

The named host probably does not exist.

Some server along the way is lying, because the host definately does exist (it has IP 83.151.27.139), and its authoritive nameservers report the information correctly.

I have tried both directly with no success.

Next thing to do is that _you_ fix the network setup at _your end_
