the link http://www.ntg.nl/maps/42/maps.pdf (= all MAPS together) seems to be broken; also other links to http://www.ntg.nl/maps/42/*.pdf; could they be recovered? As Hans said, you have to be a ntg member in order to read the latest two issues.
