Re: Typeface Dolly installed on Linux system, but...
Hi,
this is 'dolly.tex' - the testfile
\setupcolors[state=start] \usetypescriptfile[type-dolly] \mainlanguage[de] \definetypeface [Dolly][rm][serif][dolly][default] [encoding=ec] \definetypeface [Dolly][ss][sans][helvetica][default] [rscale=.9, encoding=ec] \definetypeface [Dolly][tt][mono][computer-modern][computer-modern][rscale=1.1,encoding=ec] \starttext \setupbodyfont[Dolly] %\showcharacters %\showbodyfont
some text
\stoptext
Attached is my type-dolly.tex. You need to change the filenames and the encoding.

Hi Patrick, Thanks for your help, although I'm sorry to say it's still not working. When I run texexec --pdf on your file, I'm getting the next error messages, using your type-dolly.tex. On the other hand: texnansi-uw-dolly.tex still turns out every nice letter of my Dolly font. --- kpathsea: Running mktextfm Dolly-Roman /usr/share/texmf/web2c/mktexnam: Could not map source abbreviation D for Dolly-Roman. /usr/share/texmf/web2c/mktexnam: Need to update /usr/share/texmf/fontname/special.map? mktextfm: Running mf \mode:=ljfour; mag:=1; nonstopmode; input Dolly-Roman This is METAFONT, Version 2.7182 (Web2C 7.3.1) kpathsea: Running mktexmf Dolly-Roman ! It most definitely does, but when I do a \loadmapfile[texnansi-uw-dolly.map], it still can't find the fonts. I'm getting quite confused, I must say. Once again, I'm going to start all over... Thanks for your help again, Roef
