Hi, there seems to be a rule that footnotes and footnote markers have to be kept on the same page -- even if there stays a lot of white space at the bottom. Is there also a kind of penalties to modify the rule like this: Keeping on the same page would be best, but on the same SPREAD is fine enough?! Steffen
