Change 2575 by ms@artcom on 2002/11/28 12:38:35 Allow pdfTeX to handle pages without a Resources entry. These are technically invalid files, but all RIPs accept them. We replace the missing Resources with an empty dictionary as per spec. We just had such a file crash pdfTeX with a SIGSEV.
