Since we have so many changes in pdftex, is there any chance having pdf documentation updated. There are still some documents in pdf format in texmf/doc/pdftex/ , but... from Nov, 2 2001 Anyway I'd suggest adding texmf/doc/pdftex/NEWS Ps.
