Re: [NTG-pdftex] [ pdftex-Bugs-772 ] Option -recorder does not work for Type1 or PK files
Hi Heiko,
Bugs item #772, was opened at 2007-04-13 04:54
pdfTeX 1.40.3 supports the Web2C feature,enabled by option -recorder. However, it does not record all files,.pfb (Type1) or .pk files are missing. Yours sincerely Heiko
PS: texmf.cnf isn't recorded either.
I think texmf.cnf is not read by using open_input also in the case of the other TeX programs. Yes, therefore I only put it in the "PS:" part. Other files not catched in this sense are "aliases", "ls-R".

Many thanks, these files are now recorded.
After further testing (sorry) I found other gaps in file name recording:
\pdfximage{<file>}
\pdffilesize{<file>}
\pdffilemoddate{<file>}
\pdffiledump{<file>}
\pdfmdfivesum file{<file>}
Yours sincerely
Heiko
