There is a missing word after 'the': 'Web', the manpage source has: 'by the \*(WB to'. But there is no .ds WB at the top of the manpage.

The fix would be to copy the definition of WB from another manpage, for example pltotf: .if n .ds WB Web .if t .ds WB W\s-2EB\s0
