Dear list, I have the following sample: \setuppapersize[A9] \starttext \type{\a.bc}\footnote{\type{\a.bc}} \stoptext Using current latest from 2024.09.25 11:53, I get an extra space after \a in the footnote. This happens both with LMTX and LuaTeX. Could anyone confirm this? (A patch would be greatly appreciated, if this were a reproducible issue.) Many thanks for your help, Pablo

Typescript font for math script and scriptscript

Hi, I was wondering if there is a (good) way to have a specific font for sub/superscripts in mathematics that is different from the main font? I ask because I am working on a variable opentype math font, and it can be made to look a better if the superscripts are made a little bolder. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or examples. JR

how can I reset section counter when recursing buffers?

Hello, When I call a buffer with sections several times, I would like to get the same headers numbers for each buffer call. (So, in my MWE twice 1 and 2, not 1, 2, 3, 4) How can I reset the section counter within a dorecurse run? I tried \resetcounter [section] but that is not the good way. I read about \headnumber and \namedheadnumber but could'nt go further. Values from Lua back to ConTeXt

Hello, what do I have to do so that the values (d1, m1, y1) from the Lua block are returned with Return and the commented out line \date[d=d1,m=m1,y=y1][weekday,{,~},day,{.~},month,{~},year] works in ConTeXt. Hello! I think that I am missing something here. I should use an older file of mine, where some data calculated by METAPOST should be written to a file. However in the latest version of CONTEXT luametatex exits with error code 1 when running this minimal example. What has changed? Hi, since the latest update, I have differences in line/paragraph/page breaking. I should have expected that vz and granular aren’t stable yet, but maybe it’s a problem in my setup and not even related to that update. * widow and orphan penalties seem to work different, preferring empty lines over single lines. * looseness doesn’t seem to work any more.
